The product had good user reviews but mine couldn't accurately measure ice water or boiling water and didn't calibrate extremes with either sensor. Revain is replacing it so I'll find out soon if it was defective, damaged or just a bad product. FYI: Revain's locker-based product return system deserves my praise - really neat and convenient! -- The replacement unit was received within a few days and is calibrated and working properly! The sizes are a bit strange, so a little imagination is required! Now I look forward to using it!
