I use two of these to seal coarsely ground coffee, which I throw in water and leave for 14 hours to better get cold. Cold Brew Brilliance:* 7.5 oz (213 g) medium roast ground beans* 10 g (2.370 ml) water* Soak 14 hours* Remove filter Dispose of soil in someone's yard* Drink responsiblyYou can change amounts and times to suit you. I use the cheapest medium roast I can find on the market and cheap dental floss to tie in the filter - whatever you want! Maybe weigh the bag down with a clean can, whatever. Keeps in the fridge for a little over a week.
