Good. I wanted to leave the desktop world behind and enter the world of Apple. I'll admit that I spent almost as much on my Mac Mini as I could buy on an entry-level iMac. There were several questions. The way my desk is set up, the size of the monitor is a real issue. Add to that access to a disc player and the iMac seems like a less than optimal choice. Then there's the all-in-one aspect. Love the simplicity and the style. Not such a hot idea, if one component has trouble, your whole device will have trouble. So I settled on the Mini and, for a modest price, made mods that made me work like screeching high-end Mac monitors. Apple? They are sweet. Without doubt. My wallet isn't deep enough to afford anything newer than one that's about 7 generations old. It would be stupid. I read the reviews and while tempted to go for an anti-glare screen, I opted for the uncoated screen as glare isn't a huge issue as I currently have it set up. I'm not a monitor snob. (and I don't mean that in a derogatory way). I just want a monitor that works well, is adjustable, and has a decent viewing angle. You couldn't be happier with this monitor, and if you're looking for something that's more than reasonably priced and offers a good computer display to work with, you could do a lot worse.
