Highly recommended. I'm towing a 4000 lb trailer with a 750 lb nose weight, they raise the rear slightly to compensate and they corner and drive much more stable overall. GMC and all truck manufacturers should include them as a factory option. Driving over bumps is a bit more difficult without a trailer. I installed the inflation valves in the gas filling door. Installation took about 2 hours, some of the mounts were difficult to access and reading the instructions took a while.
