Everything was delivered in tact. No scratches, dents, or bent.Right off the bat I needed to file the inside of the wall brackets. The mounting bar that you hang the bikes on would not fit into the wall mounts. It appeared to me a little too much powder coat and some bad machine punches. After a little work with a flat file the bar fit.The instructions say the wall brackets should be spaced at 32" into studs. My garage is 24" on center, and finished. Well 24" on center it is.I measured up 70" from the floor, the bikes were shorter than that and mounted the wall brackets with the mounting bar inside. You will see in my pictures it was a little tight. Now the fun part! The bike hooks would not accept the attachment pin. Once again too much powder coat, bad matching, one bracket was bent narrower so it would not sit flush against the mounting bar. A 5/16 drill bit and a few adjustments later it's up. Unfortunately I cannot say how many beers to assemble, I figured 20-30 minutes max. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. About an hour and a half. All the tools I needed were right there.I think the idea is great, but the fitmant of parts was not so good. Like I said a flat file and a 5/16 drill bit got me through the install.I would by this again knowing what I know now, and be prepared to modify it as needed.
