It turns out to be an excellent rice potato with the perfect texture for making gnocchi.
It's a great rice potato with the perfect texture for making gnocchi or mashed potatoes, but it'll definitely get you working out! I think you feel like you've earned the right to enjoy carbs after using this stuff. Although it's a bit of a hassle, I use it almost every time I blend because it noticeably improves the final texture.
