The ease-of use is what I like best about this software it can be used online or offline with no problems using tablets as well.

This makes training for new employees much easier than if they were all working from home! Having an easy way to access our information has been great so far!! There isn't anything that we dislike yet other then maybe having more options when choosing which items go into each bin would make things better but overall everything works just fine. We have not had any issues since switching over however there are some features missing such as the ability to send emails directly through EO Star rather than going via Outlook first (no biggie tho). It also does take longer sometimes to load due to being cloud hosted vs locally installed - could possibly speed up loading time by installing local copy?
