These clamps are perfect for our BMW power windows. We have made several power windows and this time the clamps were all we needed to get the power windows working again. I learned something valuable from this last maintenance operation: I find it helpful to firmly tighten the clamp bolts, slightly activate the power window, and then retighten the clamp bolts. Repeat this several times until the clamping screw tension stabilizes. // Our previous clips didn't break. Our previous clips simply came loose within 8 months of use.
