Installation is a little intimidating as it requires a hole in the wall. Catching and routing the included extension cord is also another challenge, so plan your setup carefully. First, make sure the location where you want to open the show is easily accessible to plug in an outlet. Second, make the cut, which came in handy for me, my multi-tool made the cut accurately. Third, I made a hole at the bottom of the wall where you need to fish out the extension cord and add a wall plate for the hole. Once set up, installing the Echo Show disk and device is a breeze.
