The best thing about this app is that it tracks your progress, gives you an idea of what to eat next time around so as not to be hungry again! I don't like having all my information stored in one place because sometimes i forget where things are or if they're even still there when looking for them later. It's also difficult finding new foods with out going through endless pages trying to find something specific. If someone was interested in tracking their diet but didn't have much experience using computers then this would probably work well enough. You can use it to track everything from macros down to calories per day, etc..
