According to my Amazon story I have ordered 4 of these devices since 2017. Really simple and easy to use. I have 9 bikes, 7 of which are zinc plated and roadworthy so I need multiple tenders. Of the 4 I have, I believe one is still working. At least the battery it charges is green and lasts 12.7. The other 3 are useless. All batteries are not older than 3 years. I have some old battery tenders so I hooked them up to the batteries where the CTEKs were. Batteries are fine again. Very disappointed because I lost a few hundred dollars on a product that didn't even last three years.
