I didn't want to pay that much money when it was a lot cheaper to buy Cascade etc. at the grocery store. . . but i was desperate. My cutlery came out very streaked and my glasses kept looking worse and worse to the point that I had to hand wash them. Not funny! Since I had to order salt anyway, I decided to try the tablets and just rinse once. They immediately made a HUGE difference! No more fogging and smearing on my glasses or anything. I cut the tabs in half and only use one half per boot. So no problem at all. And I'm convinced! It's worth the extra money to get beautifully clean dishes! ***By the way, be very careful when screwing the salt container lid on and off when filling it. I didn't screw the lid on tight enough when screwing it back on and as a result water leaked into the bottom pan which set off the alarm. $177 and device repairs later I realized what I did wrong. It was a painful, costly and highly avoidable mistake!
