I LOVE THIS HELMET! It's very light, the red turn signal on the back has over 7 different lighting modes and most importantly, IT'S CONVENIENT! This helmet puts my previous helmets to shame, I really like it. There is one mishap of course, it came with a small dent, but I'm not one to complain about little things like dents as I already gave it one on a bike ride this morning (very solid btw, it just rang a bit). and I banged my head on a pole a hell of a lot of times!). So I didn't contact customer service as I'm ok with the dent but I'm sure they would have helped me immediately after seeing some other reviews of the service.
