nicer luck.

As always, this book by Debbie Bliss is so beautiful it could be placed on a coffee table. Beautiful photos (although they don't always show enough detail, a common complaint in Bliss books) of adorable children and real families, including Debbie Bliss' own children - I think we've seen her daughter grow through her books. Again, same advice I always give when it comes to Debbie Bliss patterns: if you're a beginner, read the entire pattern several times with a more experienced knitter before you even begin. Then read it again while you read it. My only criticism of this book is that, of course, the cutest sweaters only come in children's sizes, although many other sizes fit a wide age range. I mean the little Scandinavian-style jackets, one of which is on the cover.
