Review on 🔗 FMS Small Shock/Bungee Cord Hook Open: Secure and Versatile Fastening Solution by Joe Roberts

The elastic cord in my new camper used hooks like this. I liked that they are small and clean. I have found that additional non-standard length cables are needed. I found these FMS hooks that looked exactly like the ones on the original line. The FMS hooks are well made and very easy to attach. Simply insert the end of the cord into the base of the hook and slide the collar over the base. Two teeth dig into the cord to secure it. You will likely need to use pliers to get the collar fully in place. The end of the cord must be clean so that it is fully inserted into the base of the hook. Cut it off if frayed. Passing the end through the flame and rolling over the surface gives a very good finish. I would give it five stars but at around $20 I feel they are expensive.
