Great Product For Customer Service / B2B Call Center

I like that it's simple to use, easy to navigate, and also very intuitive. It's really nothing that you can't live without! The only thing I dislike a bit about this product is that it doesn't have an option for adding custom fields. This makes it difficult to gather important information that we need every month. JSupportDesk has made my job as a manager much easier. We're able to track all of our client's issues in one place using this tool. It allows us to stay informed with the status of each issue so there are no delays in resolving any problems. I like that it's fast, easy to use; not much there really! It isn't useful for me because we don’t have an in house call center or any sort of customer service team so this just doesn't help us at all with anything (I am actually hoping they will change their business model one day). Also if you are looking into other products make sure your needs include having someone available via phone/text when our clients need assistance as well - otherwise go elsewhere!!
