Watching an electrician use his Roto Zip tool to make 3 drywall bits while he installed a light switch for me. Why? because he was trying to cut through 70 years of sanding plaster and drywall. After so many years, these walls are almost as hard as concrete! After investigating his error I bought this carbide chisel which cuts through the plate like a hot knife through butter with no ill effect on the chisel. If I have any complaints it's that the bits can be a bit longer. Roto Zip also manufactures wood cutting bits. My title speaks for itself.
