Like some people, I read product reviews before I buy them. I think the key to a lot of this is working through the negatives and seeing if they really are valid and consistent. In this particular case, the main complaints were rust and chrome peeling. For me it remains to be seen and if they rust or peel off I will upgrade. This kit looks very nice on my 20" Southern Comfort Edition Avalanche wheels with new center caps. I did some pre-finishing. Nuts with "Frog Lube" against rust, just like I would on fishing reels or gun parts. Use always, and i repeat always, a torque wrench on EVERY wheel. not unduly taxing the eye and the wheel, especially with long chrome nuts like this, if you run them in with a heavy duty air wrench you have to reckon with damaging the chrome .just common sense!
