
Terrible customer service. Dealing with the phone prompts required to contact a living person is very tiring. In the end I never reached a live person and when prompted they said "Have a nice day" and hung up. My problem with this product is that it never worked. Upon connecting, he explained that we must have a paid cloud plan to manage the devices. It was funny because I just wanted to scan documents to my computer and not to the cloud. Neat Co took forever to figure that out. We were then told that we need to buy a new cable as it doesn't work when we connect it to 5 different computers. Excuse me! Why should I buy a NEW CABLE for a brand new product I've never used? This whole ordeal has been going on for 2 months now and I basically have a piece of junk I can't use. I'm so upset that I can't get my money back.
