Nice pad for the money.

Great for using for migraines. Seems to hold the cold for quite awhile. Have not tried it with heat yet. Thanks for attention.

I use this for my ankle whenever I sprain it which is often... Pretty big for any ankle but it works great. Doesn;t hold the heat as long as I think it should but it does the job!
