Bad software is the best in scanners and accessories
Unlike the Scansnap, which according to V. will be replaced. Poor tech support, this scanner cannot scan and only displays scanned images. You need to find the file in the assigned folder and click on the folder you want to open. Otherwise, it works great when you have time to take a few extra steps to see what you just scanned.
