Fragile and unreliable
This ladder is weak. It is made of plastic and thin metal. I weigh 140 pounds and it feels like it can barely support my weight. When I enter the stairs, the steps curve slightly. I am attaching a closeup photo of the steps which are made of plastic. It feels like it's about to burst. I agree with other reviews that this is not a very good ladder. For this price you get much better quality.
