The system is easy to use with many options. I can get bids from anywhere in the world and see them as they're made. It's also very good that it can be programmed for any type of auction, meaning I don't need to learn one or two different systems. There are some things that could be improved like adding more pictures of items being offered. In particular, I think the search function should work better. If I do not know exactly what something is called, it usually takes me time and effort to find it. That takes away from my bidding time. Also, there needs to be more people who bid on each item. Some items will end up only having 1 or 2 bidders instead of 3-5. I hope this helps other dealers and auctioneers decide if it works for them. We have an online flea market where we sell clothing at prices similar to consignment stores. I like how easy it was for me to use! It's very user friendly, so anyone could learn how to do an auction in no time at all! There wasn't anything really bad about this program, but if there were any improvements or changes I would definitely make them! We used OAuctionSolutions to manage our live auctions with ease! The only thing we didn't love about using their services was setting up the bids. But once everything was set up they helped us with bidding as well.
