Review on 🚪 PlexiDor Performance Pet Doors for Dogs and Cats - Enhanced Silver by April Jackson

I did some careful research and decided on a PlexiDor pet door. It costs more than cheap local models, but it was worth it, especially after installing it. My dogs are still learning (I have several dogs and it hasn't even been a week!), and while I'm "starting" a few to debut, anyone can do it. My dogs range from 25-75lbs so the large size is perfect for everyone - even my little girl has no problem with a tripod! I also had an accident. The package was shipped from the factory with the wrong exterior finish (it was meant to be mounted on a wall, not a door). I didn't know what to do to fix the situation. quickest and (for me) least painful way, so I found the PlexiDor website and the "Contact Us" link and emailed them with an explanation. All of this happened over the weekend, of course. A customer service rep called first thing Monday morning and sent (at own expense) a replacement fairing, which arrived two days later. I definitely recommend this product and this company! High quality and great customer service!
