Fittings are leaking. best in spare parts

I used these hoses and fittings on my race car. After I've run all the new lines and done all the work, as soon as I turn on the fuel pump I notice a 90* leak at the turntable. First I didn't want to give a bad review because it was spot on. I've tried contacting the manufacturer to see if I can get a replacement. But two weeks later I received no reply. I find the PTFE tube in the middle to be fine, even if its inner diameter is slightly smaller than actual AN specs. But the steel mesh and the nylon mesh on the outside are simply woven over it. There's nothing to link to. So once you cut it it will wear out unless you glue it together. So all of your joints should have tape hanging down. A leaky fitting makes me nervous because they are fuel lines and an undetected leak can easily start a fire. I'm leaving 2 stars because most of the kit looks ok, but I spent over $300 on fittings and hoses combined. And so far no reaction from the manufacturer to a defect.

Pros
  • PTFE tubing is relatively stiff and cannot be kinked or folded in half. Professional installation recommended.
Cons
  • Null
