works quite well after removing some kinks

---- Update ----- After working with the manufacturer (who was very kind and did their best to make me a happy customer) am I now I was happy with this product more than a few weeks ago so I am changing my one star rating to improve it a bit. I still couldn't read a temperature of 170 degrees, but again I just used a meat thermometer pressed against the screen and it read 160 degrees. But I think it's good enough for me, I use it to warm my cat's bed at night, so hopefully it will continue to work well. I wanted this product to work SO poorly to keep my older/senior cat warm at night when she's sleeping in her cat room. But TWICE they sent me a Cozy Pet Warmer that doesn't get hot! Both were supposedly shipped from Revain's FBA warehouse in BRAND NEW condition, but I noticed that both boxes were sealed with clear plastic tape (is this an indication they were previously returned by another buyer?). The first one didn't reach 170 degrees as intended, so at least the seller was kind enough to issue me a shipping label so I could send it back and they sent me a replacement for free. This worked once for a couple of hours and then literally the SECOND TIME I plugged it in the unit didn't heat up at all! Not a drop! I literally pressed my face against the front panel and it was freezing. I tried changing the cable selector to "I" and "II" and it made no difference. I'm just outraged and disappointed that the product I had such high hopes for seems to be junk and inferior quality. I don't recommend anyone to buy this unless you want to be frustrated with non-working devices, endless emails, return labels, replacing products that also don't work, etc. Just not worth the hassle.
