Review on Rachael Ray Brights Hard Anodized Nonstick Stock Pot with Lid - 10 Quart, Gray/Orange Handles by Justin Zilinskas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Large, non-stick - great pan!

This is a great soup or casserole dish for a dozen people. It's easy to use as the handles stay cool. This is a good shape for a slab as it is about as tall as it is wide. This means that it has the maximum possible capacity for its size and volume. We've had no issues with food sticking while cooking or cleaning the pot. Although the pan is stated to be oven safe up to 350 degrees, we did not use ours in the oven. Thanks to the non-stick coating, the products do not burn or stick to the surface. Because of this, we found that our stew wasn't as thick and needed some extra thickening. And we can lose flavor because we don't have burnt bits going back into the mix. However, we can adjust to these small flaws, because cleaning is much easier than using a stainless steel pan, as we are used to.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Style 90
