The first transmitter was purchased by me on October 23rd, and the second was obtained on October 28th. The first one may be described as instantaneous, speedy, and convenient. Continues to function normally to this day. Even after I removed it from the socket multiple times, the settings remained unchanged each time. Both the call quality and the signal strength are satisfactory. After learning about the benefits of using this device, I decided to purchase a second one. However, he began to experience difficulties. It took a significant amount of time before we were finally able to connect. A little bit of effort led to me becoming disoriented, and I was unable to get back on track. There were attempts made to connect, however they were unsuccessful. Yesterday I made the decision to try connecting it once more; after an hour of struggle, I was successful; but, after working for a while, I found myself lost once more. Once more, I attempted the connection, but it was unsuccessful. Please assist in the processing of the return or the replacement of the device if any Amazon personnel happen to read this review.
