Good suction cup mount for my Nuvi 2589
I recently left an original Garmin suction cup mount in a rental car. So far this works fine. The hinge isn't as firm as Garmin's original, but the Nuvi holds its own. And honestly, the ball swivel on the Garmin was too tight. I've had no trouble installing or removing the GPS from the mount and the suction cup hasn't fallen off since it was first attached to the windshield. Let's see what happens in the summer when the car warms up.
