I can't believe people give this 5 stars!

To open the door you need to lift the door handle behind. I can't believe other reviewers gave it 5 stars. Yes, the latch is reversible, but the handle only goes up, which isn't very good if you have small children who panic when they can't open the door 😡. I may have received a defective item, but I will be returning it today. Looks good, feels solid, but works too weird to keep.
