My only disappointment with this unit is that I can't fill it with 30K cups. I was able to get it to work with 18 cups. The problem is that the edges of the K-Cups overlap and rub against the sides of the device when the drawer is pulled out. This will cause the drawer to hang and not slide out smoothly, and the cups to bump against each other and tilt to one side. If you look closely, you can even see this on the product shown. Rather than messing around with sending the device back, I opted to use the 2 outer rows for individual packets of sugar and cream and/or stirrers instead of the 5 rows of K cups. Not what I meant. It's a shame I didn't look closely at the picture and read the reviews before buying!
