Review on KIVI by Chase Johnson

The simplicity to use this system for our customers with no worries about implementation or support issues! We are using kivi as an online CRM tool which has been very beneficial in increasing sales opportunities by providing easy access from any location at anytime without having employees travel long distances when working remotely during COVID19 pandemic restrictions. We have not found anything negative yet regarding its benefits so far!! It's great how simple you can set up multiple user profiles within one account allowing us flexibility while we continue implementing other features such like surveys etc..
