Useless. These are tiny. You can't even dip a chicken breast in it. My son will use them for crafts. Pretty stupid considering how small they are. You should do more. The quality is excellent but the size is anything but for any serious chef. I have attached a photo showing that the external dimensions are meaningless. There is an extreme slant on one side of the trays, which takes up a lot of space. The overall dimensions at the bottom of the storage compartments are only 3 x 6 inches and are only about 2.5 cm deep. What a mess it will be if you try to flour or bread something!
