Very easy to use and clean, especially for frying. I also use them for cooking. Just a little bit small. We only have 2 people so it's not a big deal. In the breaded roast, only 1-2 pieces of chicken are kept.

Very stupid product. It consists of two very flat, thin metal containers. You are completely useless. Both metal bowls are packaged in a large transparent plastic bowl with its own lid. It's just a quirky combination of trays and countertops made from different materials that don't all go together. Terrible.

I'm afraid to bread anything - it's always messy and cleaning is a chore. Tovolo Food Prep Trays keep you organized, keep most clutter out of the trays, are dishwasher safe and can be stacked for storage. I saw them at WS a few years ago for $50, couldn't justify spending $50 so I kept using different cake topper. Useless. These are tiny. You can't even dip a chicken breast in it. My son will use them for crafts. Pretty stupid considering how small they are. You should do more. The quality is excellent but the size is anything but for any serious chef. I have attached a photo showing that the external dimensions are meaningless. Like it, compact for frequent use, stowed together, I always know where they are, just grab a set and go. Lots of reviews have complained about the size and "how can you be a serious chef" and using them, well I feel like a serious chef even though I only cook for two now.
