I've already broken 1 of the 2 keys and this lock has been missing for a week. I lost a key in the front disc brake, long story but the key is cut in half like this. I think I'll claim my two freebies as soon as possible! I also fumbled with this thing for several minutes to get it open and lock the bike. It's not clear how to insert the key, so I inevitably insert it multiple times, turning it over each time, until I open the damn thing. After all this, I definitely don't want to remove the front wheel, so I just added a small cable for that, although I know that's not ideal. Either way, one day I will find a bike receipt and complete a protection plan. Wish me good luck. My bike is still around and it's his main job so I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could but 4. I ride 6-10 miles each way to work so it's not too heavy to carry it in mine carry backpack.
