I would suggest going to the company's website for a more accurate sizing - as someone pointed out it seems thin but likely as it is 80% ( according to their website Duck Down ) My main problem with this (probably as with most down vests) is that the feathers pop out. So I will most likely choose nylon filler for my next vest - otherwise the price for it is very good,
