Few things could be improved

For the price, this set is very useful for beginner roller skaters. In general, I noticed two minuses. With toe protection, they are a bit small for normal size adult skates. There are two places where they can be laced (presumably to make them tighter or looser) but even lacing with the looser of the two is still not big enough. Otherwise they do their job and the skin is soft and smooth. Secondly, "waxed" laces are not waxed, but regular laces (the laces on my skates in the photo are waxed). But it's still a good idea to have a spare pair of plain black laces with you. The skate leash is really useful.
