With the massive decline in landline numbers, I've only found three phones with two handsets that don't have an answering machine that are still affordable. First is ViaTech, they have been in our business for less than a year and we don't hear much about them. AT&T, they're good, but they get expensive and hard to find. My husband bought a set of these Panasonic phones for our shop and was very happy with them. When I went to the big store where he bought them, they stopped wearing them. Found it on Prime and got it quickly. This set is for a different location and works well. They have regular rechargeable batteries, no packaging so they can be easily replaced if they break. If you are looking for a basic two phone device with no answering machine for 10-50 calls per day then this is what you need.
