"24" 10-20LBS" is misleading. This kennel is MUCH small for my 15 lb 8 week old pup. I ordered it according to the weight guidelines and it almost gave me a huge headache at the airport. this. I was refused delivery. Luckily the mist was bent over it and his head was 0.5 inches from the top when standing normally. The second is the same size as I ordered, I just sent it back. There's no point risking a second time. in evaluating this box. The build quality was good. He fit, like many other nurseries. What drew me to this item in the first place were the reviews and the price. I had to buy a stand for 50.00 at short notice after the second one arrived.
