My fourth set in 6 years. It's not the knife's fault, it's the woman's fault! Love her, take care of her, always impress with the edge. You have to understand that this is for slicing, slicing and dicing. Easy pairing. When cutting into bones, chop with them (press the blades from the side), rotate when cutting. They may have cracks or damage. If you only use for cutting and slicing, they are perfect. DO NOT throw them in the sink or dishwasher when they are done. DON'T NEED THIS. Soaking in a sink will cause damage from falling or placing other objects on these knives. Just rinse off with warm water and some soap (if needed) when you're done with it and you'll never have a problem! Ceramic does not absorb odors and bacteria. My wife broke the first three sets! I told her that if it happened again, this set would stay and she would leave! Love her (and wife!) Black way. looks so cute
