Very study and easy put together.
Since most of the gyms around my area are not open due to covid. I decided to get a bench for my office, I can get a work out in the morning before work. It is very study and surprisingly easy to put together. I been just doing basic body weight training. But I do plan to get some more weights and a bench bar. So far. I am quite satisfied with the product.
