Read MSDS yes no lead. It's a tin/copper eutectic, meaning a lower boiling point, but surprisingly better than the tin/silver eutectic at my university. My school's silver eutectic would break bonds every time, even if I isolated each vibration, but I didn't form a single broken bond with this alloy. Make sure you get a computer fan and filter (a sock will do (with a smaller computer fan of course)) as flux produces many toxins in low concentrations which if blown away simply settle on the surface. Use a sock so the surface they land on isn't your lungs. I used tin silver eutectic in my school for a while but got this one for my dorm lab. It's a tin/copper eutectic, but in about the same proportions.
