I didn't think it would work as I tried the proprietary C2G 27277 USB male to PS/2 female adapter and it didn't do anything, Windows 10 Pro didn't even recognize it. I've bought other StarTech accessories and they've always worked as intended, but I figured Windows 10 just didn't like the old-school mechanical rubber ball mouse I bought. No doubt StarTech because Windows 10 Pro recognized and configured it right away and my new old school mechanical gaming mouse works! And it's very well made, with a good weight and quality thick cable. He's worth his money. Revain refunded me for another brand adapter that didn't work.
