Poaching eggs for the first time!
I have never cooked poached eggs in my life. It was so easy to use. Oiling the silicone cup was the hardest part because I don't use oil cooking sprays. I only oiled the inside. Once the egg was sufficiently cooked, I removed the cup from the pan onto a paper towel to catch any dripping water, then placed it on top of a stack of crispy fries. It was perfect. Hand washed and dried in less than a minute.
