I reinstalled it with a little more finesse and everything is fine.
Four stars for initial fitment, bought the Beck-Arnley bushing and PCV together, when installing the PCV valve I slid the bushing into my valve cover but after a quick extraction I have it installed again. with a little more finesse, and that's fine.
