Review on Velo Orange Large Downtube Wheel Stabilizer: 38-62mm by Jackquell Cash

Complete nonsense. Plastic clamp for the down tube and a very weak spring. I tried it on my Schwinn Cruiser with the large front basket and it didn't help at all to keep the steering wheel straight. In fact, it's pretty easy to tie and pull the handlebars to the side. The first thing I noticed was that the packaging had been opened from the bottom and the parts appeared to have slight signs of wear. That makes me think someone else brought it back sooner. Probably due to the same problems as me. I have ordered a quality double coaster which will be arriving in a few days so I will wait until both are in place before deciding whether to return this item but that is 90% certain at the moment. It really should be an $8 item. In this case at least, most people won't bother returning it.
