I love that it is easy to use, has many features of other platforms but also allows for customization as needed! The customer service team are amazing - they really do care about their customers' needs & help in any way possible.

There's nothing i dislike at this point. It does what we need it too with ease. We have used different software before (mainly because our previous provider went out of business), so having an all-inclusive solution was key for us when starting up again after being without one for years.
