Low rating due to cost. They arrived on time and true to size, easy to install and if your rack sags you will need them. I have replaced them several times on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The price of these cheap, molded plastic clips is the same as the price the US government pays for toilet seats and hammers. I have a KUD 30 FX 3 S1 Kitchen Aid with an adjustable top shelf. These clips keep breaking and the rack takes four (4) which is about $80 for these cheap plastic clips. If you don't replace the shelf, it will sag and not align with the water connector, leaving the top shell dirty. There are also adjustable thumb latches that also need to be repacked frequently. inferior quality . Shame about Whirpool and Kitchen Aid. They should be aware of this problem but will not solve and fix it. Instead, they take advantage of it by inflating the price of the parts.
