Do they stick? yes somewhat as long as you keep the area dry. To be honest would I buy these patches again? no. but if you are on a budget and need some protection and comfort from a nasty cold sore they would work temporarily. From someone who has suffered for years I would recommend compeed patches they are a lot less noticeable and stay on for a lot longer . wishing I had spent the extra $ and just bought compeed oh well lesson learnt.
