The goods were delivered very quickly. I'd like some lubrication and installation instructions, but that's not a problem for me. Bottom line, they turn a lot more freely than the stock pulleys on my 105, the transmission runs smoother and sounds quieter. Example. If I put my bike on a service stand and manually turn the crank, it keeps turning after I stop pushing it a turn or two. This wasn't the case before adding the pulleys, a half turn at most. I also immediately exchanged the chain, which I can highly recommend. I've ridden them 100 miles since then and have no complaints, signs or premature wear.
